Questions
What counts as an AI action?
Each time the AI writes or decides something for you: a person's reply, a new person invented for you, an email that arrives on its own in the World, reading an attachment (one action per 10 pages, read once however many people get it), or settling a close call such as whether someone clicks a link. Everything the rules decide on their own is free, and so are junking, bouncing, automated emails nobody would answer, and template replies.
What happens when I reach a limit?
simmail stops that one thing and says why, for example "the Free plan includes 25 AI actions this month". Nothing is billed automatically. People still reply from templates, and everything else keeps working. Monthly limits reset on the 1st (UTC).
Can I buy more AI actions without upgrading?
Yes: 5,000 extra AI actions for $15, from your account page. They never expire, and they are used only after your plan's monthly allowance runs out.
Is there a free trial?
There is a free plan instead: 25 AI actions a month, one universe, no card. Upgrade whenever you need more, and pay only for the plan you choose.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from your account page. Upgrades take effect at once; downgrades and cancellations at the end of the period you paid for.
Who handles payment and tax?
Payments go through Polar, which acts as the seller and handles sales tax and VAT. You get proper invoices from them.
Do you have a plan for larger teams?
